CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS :
To make a change or cancel your order, please conact us within the first 24hrs

of placing your order. Once shipped, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.

No refunds are given on any special orders *includes custom made products and products air freighted in especially for a customer.

DELIVERY :
If in stock we aim to have your goods with you within 5 working days for small orders. We will email you when you've placed your order with an expected delivery date. Please allow longer for very large quantities.

There may be times when demand exceeds supply. In this case we will notify you immediately with an estimated delivery date, and give you a chance to reconfirm your order.

DAMAGED / WRONG MERCHANDISE :
If we make a mistake with your order or if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we are truly sorry. Please email info@boudi.co.nz within 24hrs and

let us know the problem. For NZ orders, please pack as originally recieved and 

we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement, at no additional charge. Any modifications to products will not qualify for a replacement or refund. 

WARRANTY :
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, heavy commercial use, damage arising from abnormal use, harmful enviromental conditions, not properly maintianed and being modified goods. BOUDI furniture has the

ultimate discretion to obtain proof of purchase from the customer and any further information to decide on a waranty outcome.
